MOL DP Training Center
We operate a state-of-the-art Dynamic Positioning (DP) simulator at our headquarters, providing DP training for specialized vessels engaged in offshore wind power generation and Marine development projects.
The DP simulator is fitted with industry-proven Kongsberg DP equipment, enabling highly realistic training that closely replicates onboard vessel operations. In selected courses, equipment manufactured by BEMAC—renowned for its expertise in marine control, power distribution, and communication systems—is also utilized.
We offer DP operator training for seafarers and engineers both within and outside the MOL Group with a wide range of training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our center is the first and only DP training center in Japan to be accredited by The Nautical Institute (UK). Upon successful completion, participants are eligible to receive the training certificates required for obtaining Nautical Institute DP Operator certification.
Furthermore, we also offer our own proprietary programs approved by Class NK tailored to meet the specific needs of each field.
