Newbuilding Supervision & Project Management Business Construction Supervision Dispatch

Construction Supervision Dispatch

Aligned with newbuilding construction schedules, we dispatch construction supervisors to both domestic and oversea shipyards. Collaborating with overseas supervision agencies, we recruit, train, and evaluate skilled supervisors, ensuring highly qualified personnel are deployed to support shipbuilding projects effectively.

Structural and Hull Outfitting Inspections

We conduct through inspections of welds, component fitting conditions, and the installation of outfitting items, including pipes and structural elements.
Additionally, patrol inspections are conducted to evaluate the arrangement of outfitting items from the perspective of crew operations. This ensures the vessel is designed for safe usage and facilitates easy maintenance, adhering to high operational and safety standards.

Coating Inspections

To uphold regulatory standards, our supervisors monitor the coating processes at the shipyards, providing engineering-based recommendations as necessary. This includes detailed inspections of surface preparation prior to coating application and precise verification of coating thickness using advanced instruments. Special attention is given to hard-to-access areas to meet the requirements of design specifications.
Additionally, inspections are conducted by highly qualified supervisors who validate compliance with the ballast tank coating standards (PSPC). Leveraging continuous monitoring and technical expertise, we support shipyards in ensuring compliance with these standards throughout the coating process.

(*) PSPC, established by the IMO (International Maritime Organization), defines rigorous performance criteria for protective coatings in ballast tanks, ensuring structural durability and compliance with safety regulations.

Machinery Inspections

We oversee the land-based shop tests for key equipment, including the main engine and generators, to ensure their performance meets the required specifications. We also monitor critical installation processes, such as verifying the condition of the stern tube prior to propeller shaft insertion, checking the alignment of the shafting system, and overseeing the accuracy of both the main and auxiliary engine installations.
Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on safety measures by verifying the adequacy of fuel oil piping spill prevention systems and inspecting the arrangement of pipes and equipment for fire prevention purposes.
