We oversee the entire scope of new building projects-from specification development and design to the construction phase-taking a comprehensive approach. By leveraging our proprietary quality management system, based on ISO 9001 certification, we support shipyards in managing the processes related to safety, scheduling, and quality control.　A dedicated Project Manager (PM) is assigned to each project to ensure seamless coordination. Working closely with shipyards and relevant departments at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, the PM oversees the entire project, optimizing processes and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Project Management Framework

• For the projects we are contracted to manage, a dedicated Project Manager (PM) is assigned to oversee the entire process.
• The PM is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including specification development, budget and schedule management, tracking progress of drawing approvals, coordinating on-site supervision teams, and execution of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality management activities.
