Corporate Information Message from President and CEO

MOL Maritex Co., Ltd. was established in April 2025 through the integration of MOL Marine & Engineering, MOL Shiptech, and MOL Ocean Expert.

Our company brings together a broad range of maritime expertise, including the operation and management of special-purpose vessels such as cable-laying vessels, operational support for survey and research vessels, maritime training using simulators, maritime consulting services, and supervision of newbuilding projects. In addition, through our on-site services that deliver maritime professionals and technical expertise directly to the field, as well as support for foreign seafarer labor management and maritime administrative procedures, we provide comprehensive solutions across the maritime domain.

The name "Maritex" reflects the integration of Marine, Technology, and Expertise, as well as our commitment to creating new value by combining the capabilities of the three former companies with a forward-looking mindset.

As the maritime industry undergoes a major transformation driven by digitalization and decarbonization, we position DX and GX as key strategic themes. Through our people and technologies, we are committed to supporting maritime safety and environmental protection, and to contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. We also continue to respond carefully to the expectations of customers in Japan and abroad by applying our technical expertise and on-site capabilities to growth areas such as offshore wind power and offshore-related businesses.
